Introduction of Logo Printing Process of Leather Backpack

There are many types of backpack customization fabrics, and different types of fabrics are suitable for different logo printing processes. I. Voltage LOGO

The factory finds a laser engraving factory to engrave copper molds according to the patterns and texts required by customers (customers need to provide logo files), and then use a high-frequency machine or a hot press to emboss the patterns on the copper molds on the surface of the leather during the LOGO production process.

The copper mold generally needs a common mold and a heaven and earth mold. The common mold just presses the solid line of the pattern into the leather to form. The heaven and earth mold is just the opposite. The solid line of the LOGO pattern is raised; the heaven and earth mold is a group of two, one mold On top of the leather, one moulds under the leather.

Voltage is divided into cold pressing and hot pressing. Imprinting is actually to carve a copper mold first. The pattern on the copper mold is a line, only divided into yin and yang. After the copper mold is carved, it is installed on the labeling machine. Printing; hot pressing is heated to a certain temperature (usually 100 degrees), and then pressed with force.

Voltage effect: There are two effects of convex surface and concave surface, respectively using the negative and positive voltage. Voltage products have the effect of engraving, giving people a strong three-dimensional sense of vision. The shortcoming of the voltage effect is that the color is monotonous. Therefore, sometimes you can put bronzing paper during the voltage to diversify the voltage effect. You can also screen-print the leather surface first and then apply the voltage. The color-enhancing effect is good and lasting.

II. Press the LOGO

Pressing refers to adding a single color on the basis of electrothermal pressing. During production, a piece of gold (silver) or other colored aluminum foil is placed on the leather where the LOGO needs to be pressed, and the temperature and pressure of the copper mold are used to make it. There is a monochrome LOGO; pressing has a bumpy feeling.

III. Silk screen printing

Screen printing is the abbreviation of screen printing, which refers to the use of screen as the base, and the method of photosensitive plate making to make a screen printing plate with graphics. When printing, pour ink at one end of the screen printing plate, apply a certain pressure to the ink part on the screen printing plate with a scraper, and at the same time move towards the other end of the screen printing plate at a constant speed, the ink is removed from the graphics and text by the scraper during the movement. Part of the mesh is extruded onto the substrate. It is usually divided into single-color silk screen printing, two-color silk screen printing, three-color silk screen printing, etc. according to the color of the printed pattern.

IV. Metal signs

It is a metal sheet with a printed or engraved pattern on the surface of the leather backpack. Metal signs generally have two forms of expression. One is to open molds to make logos, and to open molds to make different patterns, letters, shapes and other styles according to customer customization requirements. The appearance is more three-dimensional and vivid, and more layered. There is also a laser laser logo, which uses the graphic mark required by the laser laser process on the hardware sign.

V. plastic seal

It is mainly a plastic product made by dropping liquid material into the mold, heating, baking and cooling for a period of time, and finally pouring it into the mold. The logo made by the rubber stamping process generally waits until the finished rubber stamp is completely completed, and then uses the sewing process to sew the rubber stamp on the surface of the backpack, and then complete the whole process of logo printing.
