A) Quality

We have a strict quality control system, each bag will be checked at least three times before packing and delivery to guarantee there is no deficit in the bags.

PRODUCTION TIME

A) if you buy our standard bags, most of the designs we obtain a certain amount of stock, so delivery will be arranged after your payment.

B) Custom logo design, normally production is between 15-35 days which depends on your order quantity

MOQ

A) For our standard, there is no MOQ

B) For the design which needs to be customized with your logo, MOQ depends on the design you choose, MOQ with your logo will be from 30-1000 pcs

C) For the design to be supplied by the customer, MOQ is around 300-1000 which depends on the design

PAYMENT

A) You can choose to pay us by Alibaba trade insurance(which supports BOLETO MasterCard, visa,e-Checking, PAY LATER, T/T

B) You can pay to our company USD account directly

C) Western union is also acceptable

D) L/C is available for big orders

A) Silk printed logo which is a fast and cost-effective logo widely accepted by the customer

Remark: please send us high-definition pictures in PDF or Al version logos.

A) Sample is not free, buyers need to pay sample and shipping charges. The sample charge is refundable if there are bulk orders.

B) Sample time: if you choose our design and customized it with your logo, the sample time is 3-5 days (shipping time not included). If we need to make your design, the sample time will be around 7-10days.
